Chartered Management Institute Level 4 Diploma in Energy Management
The emphasis of this programme
is on the tactical aspects of energy management. The programme is designed
for the hands on manager who has the authority and personal skills to
direct operations and to contribute towards organisational strategy.
It is equally valuable for the person who aspires to such a role.
The syllabus is made up of
the following units:

safety and outputs.
- Development of personal

- Develop teams and
individuals to enhance performance
- Identify scope for
improvement, development and implementation of energy policies and to
promote energy efficiency
- Monitor, evaluate
and identify improvements to energy efficiency and the development of
energy efficient practices
- Systems development
and implementation which measure use of energy in support of improving
energy efficiency
- Market conditions
for supplies and the management of continuous improvement
- Determine effective
use of resources
- Work based overarching
project
