Course Rationale
This course is available for all types of MEWP's; articulated, telescopic, forklift fitted with cage, self propelled, trailer units etc.
The practical element of the training involves; safe driving techniques, siting and setting up of the MEWP, carrying out tasks at various heights.
This course is conducted on the customers site and covers the following subjects:
- Types of MEWP
- Pre-Use Inspection
- Safe Operation
- Safety Rules
- Safe Working Loads
- Enforcement of Health and Safety Laws
